Additional Fees

All additional costs are hourly charges and staffing shall be determined by the Director of Recreation on an event to event occasion.
At least one Penn State Altoona Facility Supervisor is required to be present to supervise the facility during the group’s reservation.
Additional hours over the maximum rental hours will be charged the hourly rental fee rate.
A certificate of insurance of $1,000,000, naming Penn State Altoona as Additional Insured, must be provided 30 days prior to the event.
An indemnification agreement must be signed by the rental party and the Director of Recreation and Facilities.
