Penn State Altoona faculty and staff may use the form below to promote an upcoming event, request print or digital materials, and/or suggest a news item or story idea that promotes Penn State Altoona in a positive way. Story idea suggestions include students' successes in academics, student life, and/or community involvement; faculty and staff success in teaching/research; human interest stories; etc.
Event promotion requires advance notice—preferably two weeks or more. Strategic Communications will make every effort to accommodate requests submitted later, but cannot guarantee coverage.
Publication or graphic design requires advance notice—preferably four weeks or more, depending on the request. Strategic Communications will make every effort to accommodate requests submitted later.
