Bradley Colditz Named AMCC Player of the Week

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. - Penn State Altoona sophomore outside hitter Bradley Colditz (Upper St. Clair, PA/Upper St. Clair) has been selected the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference's Player of the Week in men's volleyball, the league announced on Monday afternoon.

Colditz had a huge week for the Lions to help his team get three wins.

In a 3-1 win over Thiel College on Wednesday night, Colditz posted 15 kills to go along with six digs and a block assist. In a 3-1 victory against North Eastern Athletic Conference opponent Lancaster Bible College on Saturday, he had 16 kills and four digs. Later that day, in a 3-0 win against NEAC foe Wilson College, Colditz totaled 15 kills, two digs, and one block assist.

On the week, Colditz swung at a .356 clip while finishing with 46 kills (4.60 kills per set), 12 digs (1.20 digs per set), and 47.0 points (4.7 points per set). This is the first AMCC Player of the Week award won by Colditz this season.

Penn State Altoona men's volleyball, which is 13-4 overall and 7-1 in the NEAC, hosts non-conference opponent Wilkes University next Wednesday, March 15 at 7:00 p.m.
