- Plant Therapy from the Blue and White Society: Welcome back to campus! Feeling a bit homesick? Studies show houseplants reduce stress, bring relief in enclosed spaces, and help us recharge. Join us to get a free plant!
- Friends for Life: Many people you meet in college will become your lifelong friends. Come join your fellow classmates to hear more about what it means to be a Friend for Life, tie-dye a shirt, and help yourself to giveaways and snacks!
- Game On: Join the Athletics and Recreation Department as they set up backyard games for some fun! We have cornhole, spike ball, ladder ball, Kan Jam, and more! You'll also be able to sign up to receive information about intramurals, varsity athletics, fitness classes, and other recreational activities.
- Rock Climb to Win Big Prizes: Come to Slep Quad and race up the rock-climbing wall to win a flat-screen TV, a Yeti-rambler, or an Amazon gift card!

Yoga

Please join us for Kripalu style, gentle yoga, and meditation. Beginners are especially welcome! The primary objective in these classes will be to cultivate tools, techniques, and practices that may be useful in calming our nervous system and developing awareness. We will learn pranayama (controlled breathing practices), asana (poses), mindfulness, and resiliency. We will also explore various meditation techniques that may be helpful.
