Yoga

Join us for Kripalu style, gentle yoga, and meditation. Beginners are especially welcome! The primary objective of these classes will be to cultivate tools, techniques, and practices that may be useful in calming our nervous system and developing awareness. We will learn pranayama (controlled breathing practices), asana (poses), mindfulness, and resiliency. We will also explore various meditation techniques that may be helpful.
