The film How They Got Over, on the golden age of African American gospel quartets, has been selected for screening at the Harlem International Film Festival, May 4-7. Jerry Zolten, associate professor of communications arts and sciences, was a primary consultant and co-producer, and appears in the film.
Zolten will also be introducing the Fairfield Four at a special concert appearance at the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington D.C., on May 7.
