ALTOONA, Pa. — Send someone special a puzzle message this Valentine’s Day! Stop by the Robert E. Eiche Library during regular hours Feb. 4 to 14 to create a free puzzle message. Write or draw your message on the puzzle, break the puzzle apart, and place it in an addressed envelope. Then deliver your message via mail or in person.
