Penn State Altoona recognized for annual African American Read-In

ALTOONA, Pa. — In the November issue of the "Council Chronicle," the National Council of Teachers of English membership magazine, Penn State Altoona was recognized for its annual African American Read-In program, which takes place every February. 

"The Enduring Power of the African American Read-In: A Mosaic of Celebrations" highlights Read-In celebrations across the globe.
