ALTOONA, Pa.—Penn State Altoona will hold its spring 2019 commencement ceremony at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 4 in the Arena of the Adler Gymnasium.
Charles N. Marshall, former executive for Conrail and one of the founders of Penn State Altoona's Rail Transportation Engineering degree program, will deliver the keynote address..
