Get fit and have fun! The strength and fitness program at Penn State Altoona offers individuals the opportunity to learn lifetime healthy habits and attitudes. Join us to experience how fitness can reduce tension and stress, increase energy levels, tone muscles, and improve strength and flexibility.
We offer group fitness classes or if you prefer to work out on your schedule, come check out our Reliance Bank Fitness Center. All classes are open only to Penn State Altoona students, faculty, and staff. No outside guests are permitted to attend the fitness class offerings at this time.
Registration is required using the link below. Please note that you must click on "View More Dates" to specify the date of the class in which you plan to attend. If you are unable to attend class after registering, please kindly remove yourself so that the next person on the waiting list has an opportunity to attend. Failure to show up after registering for class may result in suspension from future fitness offerings at the Adler Athletic Complex.
