Per Penn State Policy AC-40, all full-time faculty must be evaluated annually. The Annual Evaluation of Faculty Performance report is run through Penn State's Activity Insight portal, and is due by January 31. Your Annual Evaluation of Faculty Performance report should reflect the past calendar year of activities and accomplishments. If you were on sabbatical or other types of leave during the previous year, you still need to complete an Annual Evaluation of Faculty Performance report and meet with your division head.
All tenured faculty must include the Faculty Development Through the Modification of Teaching form.
