Penn State Altoona Career Services invites you to participate in our in-person 2026 Penn State Altoona Healthcare Career Fair on Monday, September 28, from 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. in the Pond View Lounge of Penn State Altoona's Slep Student Center, located at 3000 Juniata Gap Road, Altoona, PA 16601.

Registration Fee: $150 (includes refreshments and free lunch)

Register for the Healthcare Career Fair

New this year: Beginning this year, we are transitioning away from our weekly employer tabling events to a one-day Healthcare Career Fair designed to provide a more efficient and impactful recruiting experience.

This new format offers employers the opportunity to engage with a larger number of students in a single event, maximize recruiting efforts, and build visibility with future healthcare professionals seeking internships, clinical opportunities, and full-time positions. By bringing students and employers together in one setting, we hope to create meaningful connections while making the best use of everyone's time.

We invite you to join us for this year's Healthcare Career Fair and look forward to helping you connect with the next generation of nurses and healthcare professionals. We appreciate your continued partnership with Penn State Altoona and hope you will join us for this exciting new event.

Designed with nursing students in mind, the Healthcare Career Fair will also welcome students from related majors whose skills support the diverse workforce needs of healthcare organizations.

Event Sponsorship Opportunities

  • Refreshment Table Sponsorship: $750
    Keep your brand front and center and support students and recruiters alike. This high-traffic area will offer coffee, water, and light snacks to attendees throughout the event.
  • Career Fair Swag Bag: $500
    Each student will receive a swag bag upon checking in at the fair. Display your logo prominently on the bag and help our students gather and carry materials as they visit with recruiters.
