The Consortium of College 2 Career (C2C) Employers consists of companies that partner with Penn State Altoona to offer internship experiences as part of the educational curriculum.
Penn State Altoona provides employers with a single point of contact and assistance with posting positions as well as recruiting and managing students during their internship experiences.
Members of the consortium are invited to several events per year, not only to help identify and recruit students for internships and employment, but also to help determine how we can improve the program.
There is no cost to join the Consortium of Employers. Members are simply expected to offer internships to Penn State Altoona students. Employers will lead their own interview process for internships and determine whether or not to offer those positions to students on a case-by-case basis.
