Penn State Altoona hosted the first-ever Varsity Athlete Alumni Weekend October 28–29, 2017. Former team members returned to campus and had the opportunity to meet coaches, Intercollegiate Athletics staff members, faculty, and student-athletes. The inaugural reunion featured numerous activities including tours of the renovated and expanded Steven A. Adler Athletic Complex, an Intercollegiate Athletics panel discussion, and a viewing party for the Penn State vs. Ohio State game.
