ALTOONA – Penn State Altoona, in cooperation with the Saint Francis University Small Business Development Center (SBDC), will offer two free business workshops at Altoona Launchbox in downtown Altoona.
“The First Step: Pre-Business Planning” will be held Oct. 26 at 6:00 p.m. Barry Surma, SBDC director, will address topics such as business and marketing plan basics, financing options, rules and regulations, and business formation principles.
Surma will then present “Writing Your Business Plan” Nov. 15 at 6:00 p.m.
