ALTOONA, Pa. — A new piece of jewelry by Rebecca Strzelec, Distinguished Professor of visual arts at Penn State Altoona, has been selected for inclusion in "New Bracelets" by Nicolas Estrada.
The book showcases more than 400 bracelets by 200 jewelers selected from a pool of 900 artists from across the world. Within the pages, "New Bracelets" confirms that contemporary jewelry is flourishing.
