Nineteen students were inducted into the Penn State Altoona chapter of Kappa Delta Pi in a ceremony held March 25 on campus.
Alpha Epsilon Pi is the college's chapter of the International Honor Society in Education. Education Program Coordinator Leigh Haefner and the Head of the Division of Education, Human Development and Social Sciences Peter Hopsicker were there to provide opening and closing remarks, welcoming the honor students and congratulating them in front of a a packed house of family and friends.
Inductees are: Zoi Beckwith (Altoona), Nikole Beeler (Altoona), Kate Buchholz, Megan Fouse (Altoona), Abby Gunsallus, Asia James, Nicole Kiser (Altoona), Ariel Koenig, Nicole McCreedy, Caroline Menges, Chris Michelone (Altoona), Brooke Partner (Altoona), Allura Pfiester (Altoona), Gretchen Riker, Emily Samson, Brianna Sartori, Erin Schmidt, Brianna Watt, and Marissa Yingst.
