Penn State Altoona to offer book discussion Aug. 27

ALTOONA, Pa. — The Office of Development and Alumni Relations will host an online discussion about the book "Where the Crawdads Sing," by Delia Owens, from 6 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 27.

The book tells the story of how, in a quiet town on the North Carolina coast in 1969, a young woman who survived alone in the marsh becomes a murder suspect.
