Need a Valentine? Miss your pet? Penn State Altoona's Wellness Health Advisory Board is sponsoring Hugs for Hounds from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 14, 2019, in the Pond View Lounge of the Slep Student Center. The event will feature therapy dogs for snuggling, hugging, and smooching. Students, faculty and staff are all welcome to attend.
