De-Stress Week events set for Apr. 22-26

Stressed out over final tests, papers, and projects? Get on your "A-Game" with Penn State Altoona's De-Stress Week 2019.

Stop by the Stress-Free Room and relax for a bit April 22–26, in room 125B of the Learning Resources Center. Chill out with mood lighting, relaxing music, tea, snacks, adult coloring pages, and comfy pillows. The room will be open 9 a.m.–7 p.m. each day.

Relax your body and mind with Meditation Monday, April 22 from 6:30–7:30 p.m. in the Auxiliary Gym of the Adler Athletic Complex. Students, faculty, and staff can attend to learn the basics of meditation. Bring your yoga mat!

Miss your pet? Join us for Hugs for Hounds from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, at the Laurel Pavilion. The event will feature therapy dogs for snuggling, hugging, and smooching. Students, faculty, and staff are all welcome to attend.
