Student Pathways to Undergraduate Research
The Student Pathways to Undergraduate Research (SPUR) program is geared towards students who don’t know much about, or don’t know how to get involved with, undergraduate research. The goals of SPUR are to show students the benefits of undergraduate research, emphasize that research is integral to your career, and increase equity in the research endeavor.
Strengthen Your Research Skills Workshops
Strengthen Your Research Skills Workshops are offered semesterly and are a great launching point for getting involved in research/creative activities and honing skills for those students who are already involved.
Undergraduate Research Ambassador Program
Penn State's Undergraduate Research Ambassadors are a team of students with experience in undergraduate research and creative activity in multi-disciplinary academic fields throughout the Penn State community. Volunteers should have a passion for promoting undergraduate research at Penn State and helping students connect with various research opportunities.
