Student Disability Resources offers proctored exams to students registered with our office who have an approved accommodation for exams, quizzes, midterms, and finals.
If you are approved for accommodations for proctored exams, it is your responsibility to communicate with your instructor at least three days prior to the exam to secure a date and time.
Students must complete an online request form prior to taking an exam. All Students must present their Penn State ID in order to take a proctored exam.
Upon submitting the form, your instructor will receive an email to complete their portion. You and your instructor will receive a confirmation email with your exam date and time. If you do not show up or are more than fifteen minutes late, your exam will be returned, and you will have to begin the process again.
