NORTH BOSTON, N.Y. — Three Penn State Altoona baseball student-athletes were voted by league coaches to the All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference team, as the league office revealed its postseason baseball awards on Tuesday, May 13.

Utility player Jake Hillard, of State College, was voted first-team all-conference, while right-handed relief pitcher Sean Wing, of Staten Island, NY, and outfielder Tyreke Green, of Altoona, were both third-team selections.

Hillard started all 39 games for Penn State Altoona in his final season with the program. Among all hitters in the AMCC, he ranked seventh in home runs (5), 10th in doubles (10) and total bases (73), 12th in runs scored (35), 14th in slugging percentage (.525), 15th in runs batted in (30), 16th in hits (46), 17th in triples (1) and stolen bases (8), 19th in sacrifice flies (2), 21st in batting average (.331), 26th in walks (14), 27th in sacrifice hits (2), and 33rd in on-base percentage (.395). Hillard was also named the AMCC Player of the Week one time this spring, receiving the recognition on April 8.

Wing was seventh among all pitchers in the AMCC in appearances (14) this season with 12 of them coming in relief. He ranked eighth in the conference in wins (4), ninth in saves (1), innings pitched (41 2/3), and strikeouts per game (6.7), 11th in strikeouts (31), and 12th in earned run average (6.48). In seven appearances versus conference teams, Wing compiled a 3.13 ERA and a 1.22 WHIP while limiting opponents to a .230 batting average.

Green started all 39 games this season with the Lions baseball team. He led the AMCC in stolen bases (25) while also being fifth in runs scored (42), eighth in hits (52) and sacrifice hits (4), 12th in batting average (.354), 13th in total bases (67), 19th in doubles (9), 21st in walks (16), 24th in on-base percentage (.417), 29th in home runs (2), 32nd in slugging percentage (.456), and 45th in RBI (19). Green also played a spotless center field for the Lions, finishing the year with a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage after recording 105 putouts and notching a pair of outfield assists in 107 total chances.

Penn State Altoona baseball finished its 2025 season with a 14-24-1 overall record, including going 4-10 within the AMCC.
