Penn State Altoona to host 'Lunch and Life Hacks' event Sept. 12

Penn State Altoona will hold the Lunch and Life Hacks session “Meeting People and Navigating Relationships” from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 12, in the Pond View Lounge of the Slep Student Center.

ALTOONA, Pa. — Penn State Altoona will hold the Lunch and Life Hacks session “Meeting People and Navigating Relationships” from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 12, in the Pond View Lounge of the Slep Student Center. Lunch will be provided by the Ivyside Eats food pantry.

Lunch and Life Hacks is a series of facilitated discussions that will be held monthly throughout the academic year. Topics will include stress and time management, good study skills, proper sleep and self-care, mental health resources, and preparing for internships and the workforce.
