ALTOONA, Pa. — A new book by Penn State Altoona faculty members Luay Taha, an assistant teaching professor of electrical engineering, and Sohail Anwar, professor of engineering, was recently published by IGI Global. 

"Principles and Applications in Speed Sensing and Energy Harvesting for Smart Roads" focuses on the latest energy harvesting technologies and vehicle speed sensing.
