Altoona ‘Breakfast and Learn’ lecture series to focus on organizational change

Penn State Altoona will hold a “Breakfast and Learn” presentation by Shawn Bernecky, assistant teaching professor of business administration, from 8 to 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 28, in room 201 of the Sheetz Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence.

Bernecky’s presentation will focus on organizational change, such as diagnosing the need for it and understanding how to effectively lead the process of change within an organization.

ALTOONA, Pa. — Penn State Altoona will hold a “Breakfast and Learn” presentation by Shawn Bernecky, assistant teaching professor of business administration, from 8 to 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 28, in room 201 of the Sheetz Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence.

Bernecky’s presentation will focus on organizational change, such as diagnosing the need for it and understanding how to effectively lead the process of change within an organization.

The event is part of Penn State Altoona's new "Breakfast and Learn" series. Upcoming sessions will cover topics such as AI in the workplace, recruiting a younger workforce, and diversity in the workforce.

The Sheetz Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence is located at 1309 11th Avenue in downtown Altoona. The cost to attend is $20. Register online by Thursday, Feb. 22.
