ALTOONA, Pa. — Calling all instrumentalists! Penn State Altoona is expanding membership for its University Jazz Band and University Pep Band.
The Penn State Altoona University Jazz Band meets from 6 to 9 p.m. on Wednesdays, beginning Aug. 23, in room 148 of the Hawthorn Building. The group is looking for high school to experienced level players.
Penn State Altoona’s University Pep Band meets from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursdays, beginning Aug. 24, in room 148 of the Hawthorn Building. The group is looking for high school to experienced level players of any instrument. The Pep Band plays during select Penn State Altoona sporting events.
