ALTOONA, Pa. — Jeff Stoyanoff, assistant professor of English and women's, gender, and sexuality studies at Penn State Altoona, recently presented papers at two conferences.

“Castle of Queerness: Queer Temporality in The Castle of Perseverance” was given at the annual Sewanee Medieval Colloquium in March, and “Patriarchal Bodies in Dux Moraud” at the annual meeting of the Medieval English Theatre Society on April 1.

In addition, Stoyanoff’s essay, “Confessio Amantis in the Undergraduate Classroom: Using Actor-Network-Theory to Teach Less Text More,” was recently published in the journal Studies in Medieval and Renaissance Teaching.
