ALTOONA, Pa. — Kelly Munly, assistant professor of human development and family studies at Penn State Altoona, was interviewed for a recent article in The Alabama Reflector.

The article looks at adult foster care programs in the state of Alabama. Munly regularly studies and conducts research on adult family and foster care, which offer aid to older and/or disabled persons who are unable to live alone.
