Penn State Altoona’s annual Altoona Expo will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30, in the Slep Student Center. The event provides students, faculty and staff with an overview of the academic departments, support services and co-curricular opportunities available at Penn State Altoona.
ALTOONA, Pa. — The Penn State Altoona community is invited to attend a remembrance vigil on Thursday, April 14, at 6:30 p.m. in the Pond View Lounge of the Slep Student Center.
The vigil is an opportunity to remember and honor three students who passed away this academic year: Justice Cohen, Jack Murtagh, and Christian Wirth.
Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to send photos to [email protected] for inclusion in a short video that will be shown. There will also be time for attendees to speak.
Support will be available including peer advocates, campus ministers, and Counseling and Psychological Services.
