ALTOONA, Pa. — The deadline for spring 2020 submissions to Hard Freight, Penn State Altoona’s online student literary magazine, is Tuesday, March 3 at midnight. Up to three entries per student in the categories of fiction, poetry, creative nonfiction, and visual art, including photography, may be submitted online.
