Need help writing? The Writing Commons, Penn State Altoona’s writing center, is here to help!

Located in room 127 of the Eiche Library, near the college's Learning Resources Center, the Writing Commons is staffed by well-trained peer writing consultants available to assist with any type of writing at any stage of the writing process: getting started, drafting, revising, proofreading, and even citations. While the Writing Commons offers drop-in hours on Mondays from noon–4 p.m., to ensure a session, students can book an appointment by visiting the Writing Commons website.
