Proposals must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. via Connect on the Thursday prior to the week's meeting. Proposals showing a timestamp after 5:00 p.m. will not be reviewed until the following week's meeting.
All proposals must be completed in their entirety, and all required price quotes must be submitted along with the proposal.
Meetings are held in the Student Affairs conference room, 103 Slep Student Center. While not mandatory, it is recommended that the proposing person or group have an informed individual present who can answer questions that may arise during the review. Meetings are scheduled at 2:30 p.m. on Fridays.
