MyPlan
MyPlan is a four-part career assessment that looks at your personality, interests, skills, and values. It is a great tool for both traditional students interested in career/major options and professionals considering a career change. MyPlan will provide a list of occupations that match your results. Nittany Lion Careers
Nittany Lion Careers is our portal for Penn State students and alumni to access job postings. You can upload a resume for employers to view. You also have access to hundreds of alumni to connect with via LionLink. To access the system, use your standard Penn State User ID and password. InterviewStream
Interview Steam is a self-paced online interview practice tool that allows you to build and customize an interview based on your major or area of interest. Once you complete the interview you may complete a self-assessment and send it to Career Services for a staff member to review. The system also has best practice videos from experts.
