The Chemistry program at Penn State Altoona is committed to helping the youth of our community. Our programs include:

Spooktacular Science
Chemistry demonstrations at local elementary and middle schools.
Chemistry demonstrations at Penn State Altoona for local schools and non-profit groups.
Chemistry Merit Badge for Boy Scouts of America.
Tours of Penn State Altoona's Science Programs and demonstrations by selected faculty to give students a taste of what college life is all about.

If you are interested in bringing your students to the campus or having one of the faculty visit your school, please contact one of the faculty members for assistance.

Student Success Center

Located in room 125 on the lower level of the Eiche Library, the Student Success Center supports two main functions:

To GET HELP for those students who need academic and non-academic assistance, and
To GET AHEAD for those students ready to take the next steps in their education.
