Stressed out over final tests, papers, and projects? Hit the Stress-Free Zone and relax for a bit. From April 24-28, visit 128H in the Learning Resources Center and take some time for yourself. Chill out with mood lighting, relaxing music, tea, snacks, adult coloring pages, and comfy bean bag chairs. The room will be open 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. each day.

On Wednesday, April 26, drop by the Clock Tower outside of Hawthorn for Hugs for Hounds. From 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., pet, cuddle, and play with therapy dogs to help relieve your stress.

Both events are sponsored by Penn State Altoona's Mental Health Advisory Board.
