ALTOONA, Pa. — Relax your body and mind with Penn State Altoona's Mindful Mondays.
Every Monday at 6:30 p.m., members of the college's Health Advisory Board will offer a virtual mindfulness activity to help you relax and reset for the week ahead. Activities may include guided meditations, guided imagery, and deep breathing exercises.
Join online via Zoom. Mindful Mondays will kick off on Sept. 14 and will continue through Monday, Nov. 30. There will be no Mindful Monday session on Nov. 23.
