Lacey Wallace came in as the top female and 11th overall at the Harrisburg Marathon held Sunday, Nov. 10. She set a personal record of 2:56 beating her Boston Marathon time of 3:12.
Wallace is an assistant professor of criminal justice at Penn State Altoona. This was her seventh marathon.
