Penn State Altoona will host two information sessions about the Alternative Spring Break trip to Monte Cristi, Dominican Republic in the Learning Resources Center, room 125C of the Eiche Library. The sessions will take place Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. and Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at noon.
Presented by Students Committed to Service, the Alternative Spring Break is a service-learning program that provides an opportunity to travel to Monte Cristi, Dominican Republic serving young students by providing English lessons. The trip is scheduled for March 1 - 10, 2019.
