The Off-Campus Housing list offers housing options for students. Several area landlords have come together to participate in a Cooperative Agreement program with Penn State Altoona students. More information can be found on the Altoona Student Housing site
This agreement enables a student to secure off-campus housing space. If the student is offered on-campus housing from the waitlist before the annual deadline, the student will be unconditionally released from his/her lease and granted a full refund of any monies collected. For a listing of participating landlords, please access the Cooperative Providers Agreement Information, clicking on "COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT" information above. Please contact the landlord directly for additional information.
