The Office of Facilities and Operations is responsible for all of the physical plant needs of Penn State Altoona, including maintenance of buildings, grounds management, landscaping, snow removal, facilities set-ups, utilities, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, energy-saving projects, and custodial/janitorial needs.
Work Requests
To create a work order request, you must first set up an account with the Facilities and Operations office by emailing [email protected]. Once your account is created, you can submit requests through the work order system. If this is an emergency, please call University Police Services at 814-949-5222. For routine facilities and operations needs, please call 814-949-5077.
