This form pertains to the use of Penn State Altoona for the purpose of Expressive Activities as outlined in policy AD-51 by external individuals/groups and groups of Penn State Altoona faculty or staff numbering ten or more. Reservations must be received forty-eight hours before the proposed event (or Friday before a Monday event). These groups should contact the Office of Strategic Communications at 814-949-5160 for more information.

Student organizations should contact the Office of Student Leadership and Involvement in room 103 of the Slep Student Center at 814-949-5053.
