The Ultimate Smoker has the capability to smoke an entire pig up to 150 pounds or eight whole racks of ribs at one time on a rotisserie and is also equipped with a rack to place things such as baked beans to catch all flavorful drippings from your food. The Ultimate Smoker is built for the cheese connoisseur as it can also be used to cold smoke.
Penn State Altoona held its fall 2018 commencement ceremony Saturday, December 15 in the Adler Athletic Complex, the college’s first commencement on campus since fall 2012.
About 129 students from the summer and fall 2018 semesters were slated to graduate; 69 of them planed to process.
The commencement speaker was Lee Ann De Reus, executive director at the Domestic Violence Legal Empowerment and Appeals Project in Washington, D.C. De Reus is a former associate professor of Human Development & Family Studies and Women Studies at Penn State Altoona.

It was a bustling and busy Move In Day August 17, 2018, as we greeted and helped 714 first-year students move into their residence hall rooms. Penn State Altoona welcomed the class of 2022 with fun events and activities throughout Welcome Weekend including academic convocation, volunteering opportunities, Playfair, trivia night, a class photo, t-shirt tie-dying, and an ice cream social.
