  1. 12th Avenue turns into West Chestnut Avenue.
  2. Continue on West Chestnut Avenue for 1.5 miles.
  3. Turn left onto Juniata Gap Road.
  4. Continue on Juniata Gap Road for 1.3 miles.
  5. Penn State Altoona is on the right.
