On this form, you will be asked to select your communications production equipment. Be sure to consider specific needs for your project and select the equipment you will need to achieve your goals. Please be aware that some items are limited in quantity and are regarded as "first come, first served."
Two business days will be required for all requests. Please be prompt in picking up your equipment as we might have multiple pick-ups and returns.
Please review the kits when you pick them up to make sure it is what you needed. If there is a discrepancy, please let someone at the Continuing Education desk know, and they will contact an Information Technology (IT) team member.
An IT Staff Member will contact you through Penn State email only, so please check your email regularly. You will be notified when your return has been inspected. You will receive your email notification approximately twenty-four hours after returning.
If there is an issue with the returned equipment, you and your instructor will be notified about the missing or damaged equipment and any actions needed.
Reminder: No equipment rentals will be permitted during the summer or between the fall and spring semesters unless IT receives an express permission from head communications faculty members.
