Bass Guitar Tuner
A senior Penn State Altoona Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology project presentation by student Ethan Cutshall.
The Automated Bass Guitar Tuner will accept the analog electrical signal directly from the instrument, as well as user inputs selecting the string and pitch to be tuned to. It will then safely and precisely tune the instrument via an electric motor and mechanical tuning peg interface to within ten cents of the desired note.
