The Wildlife Technology associate degree program at Penn State Altoona prepares students for careers in wildlife management, conservation, and natural resource stewardship through hands-on, outdoor learning experiences.

Accreditation
In 2023, the Wildlife Technology Program was internationally reaccredited by the North American Wildlife Technology Association. NAWTA was started at Penn State in 1984 and has had continuous accreditation since then.
