ALTOONA, Pa. — Brian Black, distinguished professor of history and environmental studies at Penn State Altoona, recently had his article “Waking Up Three Mile Island to Give Nuclear Power a New Twist” published in the online journal “National Interest.”

This is the first installment in an ongoing series that Black will contribute to on “Energy Transition 2025” which explores specific details of our current transition from fossil fuels.
