ALTOONA, Pa. — Penn State Altoona’s Ivyside Dance Ensemble will present its fall 2024 performance on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 14 and 15, at 7:30 p.m. in the Wolf Kuhn Theatre of the Misciagna Family Center for Performing Arts. The performance will consist of seven dances from director KT Huckabee, choreographer and instructor Jaye Mackinson, and returning guest choreographer Ana Rossi-Lanzendorfer.

Pieces range from the silly and lighthearted to thought-provoking. The audience will be invited to laugh and imagine along with the dancers during the waltz of “Anitra’s Dance,” travel to another dimension in “Planet Claire,” and proceed down a path of rambling thoughts in “Quiet Mutterings.” They also will witness unpredictable relationships develop in “Fluke.”

Join Ivyside Dance Ensemble and guest company Allied Motion for a lighter look at life.

Performances are free and open to the public thanks to the Kjell Meling Arts for All Initiative. For further information, call the box office at 814-949-5452.
