ALTOONA, Pa. — A blog written by Brian Black, distinguished professor of history and environmental studies at Penn State Altoona, was recently published on the Network in Canadian History and Environment (NiCHE) website.

“Agents of Change: Our Complex Energy Transition” is based on a paper Black wrote and presented at the Banff Center in Calgary.

NiCHE is a Canadian-based confederation of researchers and educators who explore the historical context of environmental matters and share their findings with researchers, policymakers and the public.
